A lighter sourcing workflow

From role context to a sharper conversation.

The extension stays out of the way until there is a useful gap to close. It helps your recruiter listen closely, ask consistently, and leave the call with fewer unknowns.

01

Set the sourcing context

Add the role, must-have credentials, location, shift, and any open questions before the call.

02

Listen on the call

Start the copilot from the call tab. It listens to the candidate’s side and waits for a useful moment.

03

Close the right gaps

Get one concise follow-up with a reason. Ask it, adapt it, or ignore it—you remain in control.

FAQ

Good questions, answered.

What does the extension actually do?

During a supported browser call, it processes the other participant’s audio and suggests one role-relevant follow-up at a time, with a short explanation of why it may be useful.

Does it make hiring decisions?

No. It is a conversation aid. It does not hire, reject, rank, or make a decision for your team. Recruiters remain responsible for every question and outcome.

Which calls are supported?

It is designed for 1:1 calls in Google Meet, Zoom’s web client, and Microsoft Teams’ web client on Chrome.

Does DataInsight store call audio?

No call recording is kept. Temporary transcript context is discarded when the session ends. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How does this fit with DataInsight sourcing?
